VFW sets July 4th program

Seven Points – The veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4376 invites the public to a July 4 program at the post on Veteran’s Way in Seven Points.

The program begins at 1 p.m. Friday, July 4, and will feature special speakers and children singing patriotic songs.

U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary members will also participate.

The hour-long program culminates with a balloon release to commemorates individual veterans.

Those present are invited to participate in this by attaching the names of beloved veterans to the balloons.

Finally, all are invited to stay as guests for a late luncheon hosted by the VFW 4376 Woman’s Auxiliary.
